What is an exchange program?
Under an exchange agreement, students can study at a partner university. This provides an unforgettable experience for both visiting and host students. Exchange programs promote education, foster culture sharing, and broaden participants' social horizons.
US exchange program
Fifteen students from Uzbekistan traveled to the United States to participate in a 21-day exchange program at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. The program, between June 14 – July 6, 2023, offered a transformative and enriching experience seeking to improve civic understanding and build lasting relationships between the United States and Uzbekistan.
UK Exchange Program
Eight WIUT students and their tutor traveled to London to participate in the 2nd Annual University of Westminster Conversations Conference and the 6th Annual Democratic Education Network (DEN) International Student Conference. The exchange program, held from May 9 - May 14, 2023, provided a space for discussing innovative ideas and practices that can inspire us to come together as a community and address some of the pressing global environmental challenges.
Uzbekistan Exchange Program
We welcomed on our Campus 15 Undergraduate Students and their Tutors from the University of Westminster (UoW) in London between May 22 - May 26, 2022. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Summer School program between UoW and WIUT exemplifies both institutions' commitment to the United Nation's 17 SDGs. It had been designed to help its 30 participants to become responsible, compassionate, and progressive graduates and professionals and to equip them with modern knowledge and skills enhancing their employability.
